✨ Clean, Fresh & Unworn

For the hygiene and well-being of every furry friend, items returned for an exchange or refund must be:

• Clean — free from fur, dirt, stains, or odours.

• Unworn — unused, unwashed, and unaltered; only briefly tried on for fit.

• Complete — in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached.

Items that have been substantially worn, soiled, washed, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

📦 Shipping & Solutions

If it’s our mistake:
If we send the wrong item or it arrives damaged, Good Boi takes full responsibility. We'll cover the return and replacement shipping costs. We may simply ask for a quick photo of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If you change your mind or need a different size:
You're responsible for the return shipping and the new delivery fee.

Refunds:
Once approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Custom, personalised, or designated Vault Collection items are final sale. Any special conditions will always be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
